Bravos Leadership was founded in 2025 out of the need to cover Grant Cardone’s training in Spanish, becoming a strategic ally for the Hispanic community. We are a national and international leadership training company focused on providing effective tools for professional and personal growth.


Matthew C. Hines
Matthew C. Hines, co-founder of Bravos Leadership, is the owner of numerous successful businesses ranging from legal services, social media, real estate, and healthcare. Having started his first company immediately after graduation, he has learned firsthand the skills necessary to successfully start and grow any business.
Mr. Hines initially studied Marketing at Clemson University and continued his academic training at Georgia State University, where he earned a law degree and a Master of Business Administration degree. After graduation, he founded his first company, which quickly became a success but eventually failed due to poor management and organization.
From that failure came experience and knowledge about what truly makes a business thrive and maintain its long-term stability. This prepared Mr. Hines to reinvent himself and become the successful entrepreneur he is today. By studying and applying knowledge about business structure, leadership, proper training, goal setting, sales, marketing, and more, combined with his real-world experience, Mr. Hines has established himself as a leader in his industry.
Today, Mr. Hines seeks to inspire and help others achieve their business goals. It’s a fact that many entrepreneurs have great ideas and excellent products, but it’s also true that most of these companies close within the first few years. Of those that survive, many never achieve their goals and, after endless struggle, remain small despite immense effort and determination.
The right mindset, combined with effective management skills, is the solution. At Bravos Leadership, Mr. Hines is committed to helping all entrepreneurs realize their dreams.

Gaby Bravo
Founder / Director de Coachs
Gaby Bravo is a bold and visionary leader originally from Ecuador who has lived in Atlanta, Georgia, for ten years. An award-winning producer, speaker, and director, she is also a certified coach through Grant Cardone’s 10X Business program. She has received an Emmy Award and several Telly Awards for excellence in production. Her career has led her to be invited as an international speaker at renowned institutions such as Harvard and the University of Texas.
Recognized for her 7 sales strategies, which have tripled the revenue of multiple companies, Gaby demonstrates exceptional business leadership. In 2021, she reached a milestone by becoming the first Latina leader at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, breaking barriers in the financial sector. She is currently a vice president at Hines Law Firm and executive director of 404-SOS, a network of women who lead with determination and passion. She is also the CEO of her agency, BRAVOS COMM, and runs SOS News, a positive news channel dedicated to inspiring the community.
As an entrepreneur, Gaby founded Bravos Leadership with her husband, Matt Hines, with whom she has built multiple successful businesses generating eight-figure incomes.
She is also an avid runner, having participated in iconic marathons like the Boston Marathon.
As a dedicated mother, she enjoys reading, putting puzzles together with her son, Juliáncito, and teaching the gospel in Bible studies. Gaby’s story and her commitment to her community inspire others to push boundaries with courage and determination.

Cindy Ramos
Project Planning Specialist | Strategic and Finance Leader | Multicultural Connector
Cindy Ramos is a bilingual professional in strategic planning, financial, and project management with over seven years of international experience in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. She worked in the Office of the CEO at Coca-Cola and led global operations, technology logistics, and executive initiatives with precision and commitment.
With a strong background in auditing and governance, Cindy has built a career driving operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder alignment. Her professional background includes key positions in corporate auditing, internal control, and digital transformation, making her a trusted advisor in high-risk environments.
Cindy holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Georgia State University, where she also broadened her global vision through international studies in France, Belgium, and other countries. Her passion for leadership transcends her profession: she has served on the boards of respected organizations such as the Coca-Cola Hispanic Inclusion Network, ALPFA, and the Hispanic Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs (HYPE) network, actively promoting community engagement and cultural empowerment. Motivated by a strong sense of service, Cindy is also actively involved in social outreach initiatives, dedicating her time to supporting orphanages in underserved communities, particularly in Latin America.
With a passion for connecting strategies with people, Cindy is known for her poise, integrity, and ability to manage complex environments, prioritizing relationships. She brings a global mindset, analytical rigor, and an unwavering dedication to excellence, making her an outstanding leader in any field.

Marianna F. Agudello M.
Executive Director of Bravos Leadership | Bestselling Author | International Event Producer | Humanitarian Leader
Marianna F. Agudello is a Venezuelan expert with over 22 years of experience in event production, business leadership, strategic communications, and social transformation. Her international experience, multicultural vision, and human approach have positioned her as one of the most influential Latina leaders in the United States.
She currently directs Bravos Leadership, a firm that offers mentorship, training programs, and executive experiences designed to empower business owners, entrepreneurs, and high-level professionals. As Executive Director, she has created a dynamic community of leaders seeking to generate purposeful impact, combining marketing, sales, business organization, and conscious leadership tools.
Marianna holds a degree in Event Management from the University of Miami and studied Filmmaking at the CNAC and the University of Carabobo (Venezuela), integrating artistic, technical, and strategic aspects into her profile. Throughout her career, she has collaborated on event productions for internationally acclaimed artists such as Luis Fonsi, Olga Tañón, Manuel Turizo, Gente de Zona, Ricky Martin, Ricardo Arjona, Chayanne, Elvis Crespo, Alexis y Fido, Wisin y Yandel, and Marc Anthony, among many others, standing out for her leadership, organizational, and creative skills.
Since 2021, she has worked alongside renowned actress Ruddy Rodríguez as her producer, carrying out social transformation activities through the program “The Way to Happiness,” which has positively impacted vulnerable communities in the United States and Latin America. Her humanitarian commitment is not new: in the last eight years, since her arrival in the US, she has benefited more than 20,000 people with health campaigns, drug education, human rights, food, values education, disaster relief, and the provision of resources to at-risk families.
As an author, Marianna achieved international bestseller status on Amazon with her book “Women Creating, Driving, and Reinventing the Business World,” which was officially launched at the Women Economic Forum Houston, where she also participated as a featured speaker on topics of female leadership, empowerment, and social transformation. In 2023, she was a special guest at Harvard University, where she gave the presentation “Crossing the Barriers of Leadership,” leaving her mark as an inspirational voice for Latinas in the business world.
Her leadership has been recognized by Forbes, which named her one of the women transforming Latina leadership in the United States. She has also been awarded the International Mara de Oro as a Humanitarian Leader, the Mara de Plata for her career spanning more than two decades in event production, and selected among the 70 most outstanding leaders by Rostros Magazine.

Daniel Riera
Production Director | Bravos Leadership
Daniel Riera is a well-rounded professional with over 15 years of experience as an international chef, where he completed his studies at the CEGA Gastronomic Study Center in Caracas, Venezuela. He also has a solid track record in producing high-impact social, artistic, and corporate events. He currently serves as Production Director for Bravos Leadership, an organization dedicated to empowering Hispanic leaders, business owners, and entrepreneurs through transformative training experiences.
In his role at Bravos Leadership, Daniel excels in the planning and execution of high-level events, conferences, workshops, promotional tours, and book launches, managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing every technical, logistical, and creative detail. His ability to work under pressure, his strategic focus, and his natural leadership have made him a key player in ensuring successful results, even in highly demanding environments.
With a strong commitment to service, he has worked on events with a humanitarian, cultural, and business focus, responsible for the comprehensive coordination of productions with renowned artists such as Elvis Crespo, Manuel Turizo, Gente de Zona, Pollo Brito, among many others, both in the United States and Latin America.
